Royal came to the creche on April 7th 2019, weighing 650g. After a couple of weeks, she started to put on weight. By the end of August she weighed more than 1kg. She stayed in the creche through 2019, living in a few different burrows. When George arrived in 2020, she and Najima used to eat George’s supplementary food. She’s now living out in the Paparoa Range.
